Do my X-Ray machines work with Metadent?
Metadent has an automatic connection with visi quick, so that X-rays are immediately visible in the metadent software.

How does the backup work with the cloud?
An automatic backup is made on a daily basis in the cloud after opening hours. There is also always a complete copy of the data on another server in Europe. So if a data center burns down, there is still a copy of the data.

Is Metadent suitable for all dentists and specialists?
Metadent has special modules tailored to the needs of dentists, periodontists, orthodontists and oral hygienists.

Is it safe to store my practice data in a data center cloud?
Yes, it is safe to store the data in the cloud.
The storage is in a NEN 7510/ISO 27001 certified environment and therefore meets all legal requirements such as the AVG Act.
